ALM Manufacturing Ltd is a family-owned business specialising in the production of consumable parts for almost every available make and model of Grass Trimmer, Lawnmower and Chainsaw.

The Management Team will use this policy as the framework for establishing quality objectives which we will use to continually improve the business.

ALM Manufacturing Ltd will review customers’ needs to ensure all requirements can be met to the satisfaction of all of its customers. We will also invest in our employees by providing the necessary training and guidance required to continually improve our quality performance and maintain organisational obligations.
